Scorpio Sun Gemini Moon

The Sun symbolizes the conscious identity, and the Moon symbolizes deeper, more unconscious emotional needs. These are the two sources of light (energy) in a chart, and together they comprise the basic architecture of a person, project, or agency’s psychology. The NSA has its Sun in Scorpio (secrets) and its Moon in Gemini (communication). Both signs are associated with spy-craft, smuggling, and special operations, albeit in very different ways. Scorpio is the covert operative who slips through the shadows, Gemini is the double agent who plays both sides. Scorpio is the power broker, Gemini is the information broker. Scorpio probes beneath the surface, Gemini reads between the lines. Scorpio knows where the bodies are buried, Gemini knows where the phone lines are buried. Combine the secretive nature of a Scorpio Sun with a Gemini Moon’s need to constantly communicate, and you get a Sun–Moon pairing that will insist on knowing everybody’s secrets while giving up none of their own.

Scorpio Sun Gemini Moon (for ladies)

Her Illumination: Compelling.
Her dark side: Can be sarcastic.

This is an unusual combination. This woman will publicly defend her man at any cost. She'll spin tales of her wedded bliss until even she believes them. But guess what? Left alone with the object of her devotion, she can screech to the top of her lungs about what a jerk she thinks he is. I really can't explain it. The fast-footed Gemini Moon usually gets out of situations like this, but the hang-in -there Scorpio Sun fights her man until the bitter end.

This woman doesn't have much of a middle ground. I admire her ability to keep her secrets and to never let the private woes show in public. This means then, that she's loaded with strength and resolve. This means that if she wants you, you can looked forward to her dogged pursuits for years. Only she'll imitate the starry eyed romantic for you. It'll be an insidious pursuit, burning candles for you because you're away from her, sending lovely little poetic notes, calling you with heroic little stories about how she's surviving in spite of the pain. It gets to a fellow after a while.

The fact that her failed marriages might have any connection with her personality won't register much with the object of her affections because she only married the others while waiting for the right one...you. She's dark and compelling. She's normally neat and clean, a hard worker, and unusually interested in sex. She's a devoted parent, and while an intense wife, she's not one of the best of the Zodiac. Best chances for happiness: Virgo or Gemini, another Scorpio or a Capricorn. The Leo may be the one who got away.

Scorpio Sun Gemini Moon (for guys)

His Illumination: Tremendous powers of persuasion.
His dark side: Superstitious.

This man fights the Leo for center stage. He is the chain smoker who just can't sit still. He fidgets, gets restless, and likes to be continually on the go. He will be this way when he is 80. He knows all his neighbors, and shares in their parties, moves and job changes. He doesn't miss much at all, and yet, he is not a gossip. He is rather very interested in his fellow man. Being somewhat secretive himself, his friends are not usually invited to his house. They will also (if they stop to think about it), have little knowledge about him. If he takes you to his place, it will be for a specified period of time, with the drapes drawn. He is not trying to hide you, he is merely protecting his space. It is a fine line, but he will teach you the difference between friendliness and openness. For all his love of his mole hole (his dwelling to you,) for his dark colors and mystery, he is a witty, exciting and fun sort of man.

He is complex. He can look for a mate for years, and then when he finds the one he wants he will propose within days. He has probably made several proposals before. This means that if you are married to this man, don't ever assume that his devotion also means exclusivity. He does not mean to be inconsistent. He simply has moved on to another phase. One woman is not necessarily enough to keep him busy. Often he will have two families, and be a decent father to both. It is the same with work. He may have an avocation that will consume a large part of his time. He is probably interested in the occult, has his own astrologer, is superstitious, and yet, is not afraid to take a few risks in life. While he will pretty well work his way through the Zodiac, another Scorpio, Aquarius, Pisces or Cancer will have the best chances. A Gemini could be the one he snaps his cap for.
